AAS Homes is a Melbourne-based custom home builder, established in 2010 by Adrian Sganga.

We specialise in high-end residential projects, from new builds and townhouses to large-scale renovations. Every project is delivered with a one-on-one, hands-on approach.

Whether you’re starting with a vacant block or subdividing an existing site, we’re here to help you shape something exceptional. Every AAS Home begins with your life in mind - not a display suite. We work alongside your architect or designer to bring your vision to life, or we can connect you with one of our trusted design partners.

Our builds are tailored, considered and made to last. From early groundwork through to the final fit-off, we keep your vision front and centre - with a clear path and a builder who’s across every detail.

We’re also one of the few builders experienced in delivering homes with basement levels, allowing you to unlock more from complex or compact sites.

TOWNHOUSE PROJECTS
We also deliver bespoke townhouse builds with a strong focus on privacy, architectural integrity and premium finishes. These projects are treated with the same level of care and craftsmanship as our custom homes.

Where required, we can also incorporate basements to optimise space, parking and long-term liveability.

EXTENSIONS & RENOVATIONS
We take on complex renovations and high-end extensions that require thought, structural care and attention to detail. Whether you’re opening up a floorplan, updating an older home or expanding for a growing family, we make it feel seamless.

Adrian Sganga

Adrian brings over 25 years of hands-on building experience. In 2010, he founded AAS Homes to offer a more personal, one-on-one approach to residential construction. He’s known for being approachable, sharp and quietly confident. Clients trust him to keep things moving, solve problems and hold high standards from start to finish.

Adrian leads a tight-knit, highly skilled team who share his commitment to quality and client care. He’s on the tools, on-site and on your side. Whether it’s reviewing drawings, walking the block or planning your schedule, he’ll make sure your home is built with care and clarity, not chaos.
